ROPP Capper with Standard Sealing Heads

This capping machine is widely use for Liquor, medical, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages, Food, Agrochemicals, Edible oil, Lube oil and misc. industries. Heads with low tension springs can be fitted to seal PET / PVC / HDPE bottles. With 4-6-8-10 capping heads for any shape and sizes of the bottles. Capping head s with two threading and two sealing rollers for different diameters and heights (standard m semi-deep drawn, deep drawn, extra deep drawn) of caps.

The machine is fitted with hopper feeder for standard height of caps onto the neck of bottles with chute and shoe before it enters centre star wheel where the bottle with cap is gripped by sealing head for sealing.
In case of height s of caps other than standard, other feeders can also be attached to the is capping machine easily, however these feeders do not form a part of this machine and have to be ordered separately.

The sealing & threading pressure can be easily adjusted. Centering guides fitted in the heads ensure that bottle is centerd properly before capping to ensure precise and accurate capping.

Heads with low tension springs can be fitted to seal PET/PVC/HDPE bottles.
